The Remember the Inner Child Project reminds us that our body remembers…especially those special moments in our developmental years when we experienced our wholeness as a small new being, we - an expression of the greater whole. Basic Trust is nurtured in the first year of life as our basic needs of being held, comforted and fed bring us warmth and peace, yet our adult bodies forget the wonderful feeling of that deep trust.
